How do I book you?
Once you have accepted the quote, there is a 25% booking fee which payable. Once I have received a Proof of Payment and the amount is reflecting in my account, you will receive confirmation from me that your date has been booked.
How long in advance do I need to book your services?
As soon as you are financially fit. I am booked well in advance from anything to 6 months to a year ahead of time. I wrk on a first come first serve basis, so whoever pays their booking fee first is granted the date.
When is the outstanding amount due?
The outstanding amount is to be settled 7 days (1 week), prior your wedding. Failure to do so will result in termination of services as per the quote.
When do I come for a trial?
Trials are done 4-6 weeks before your wedding.
What do I bring on the day of my trial?
We supply everything you will need on the day. If you are doing hair, it is advised that you bring along any hair accessories such as clips or clip in extensions to the trial.
Day of the trial.
On the day of your trial please come with a clean face (no makeup / mascara). You can moisturise the skin however, it can effect the longevity of your makeup. I will prep and prime your face, with products I know to last.
Hair is to be washed the evening before your trial - NOT the morning of.
What time will you start on the day of the wedding?
Usually 2 weeks before your wedding, I will send through a detailed timeline indicating start time and who goes when. Please confirm with your photographer, the time he/she will be starting with your bridal portraits, so that I can adjust the timeline should it be necessary.
